I love coconut oil on whole wheat toast! It taste delicious topped with cinnamon and honey or agave. It is known to help decrease inflammation and lower blood pressure. It gives you sustainable and long lasting energy and endurance and is perfect for taking for any workout program. It’s a supplement I really enjoy because it tastes good and is super good for your body , inside and out. It also enhances your brain power and memory and supports mylenation (I believe). Overall I will still consume coconut oil, maybe every other day to support my health. I like to put it in my hair and on my skin every so often to hydrate and nourish them both!
