My name is Erin Kay. I was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 with psychotic features in 2014 and started my sobriety journey in 2018 after meeting the love of my life. I am all about personal development, holistic health and healing, learning and spirituality. I am an optimist and on a journey of enlightenment. Since getting sober I have better learned to manage my symptoms. I recently started the Ketogenic diet and I believe it has helped improve my symptoms.I am blessed to have great support from my partner, my family, my friends and my providers.
